Ich denke jeder kennt sie softe Cookies von Subway. In diesem Beitrag findet ihr ein Grundrezept für helle soft Cookies, welches man super abwandeln kann !
Ihr seit kein Fan von Mandeln? Kein Problem die Mandeln könnt ihr einfach 1 zu 1 gegen Schokodrops, Schoko Chunks, Karamell Drops, Smarties, oder oder oder ersetzen. Eurer Kreativität ist keine Grenze gesetzt nehmt das worauf ihr Lust habt.

Diese Cookies sind einfach nur ein absoluter Cookie Traum.
Rezept bewerten
Kochutensilien
Zutaten
- 280 g Mehl
- 1 TL Natron
- ½ TL Speisestärke
- 1 Prise Salz
- 170 g Butter geschmolzen
- 200 g brauner Zucker
- 50 g weißer Zucker
- 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
- 1 Ei Größe M
- 1 Eigelb Größe M
- 1 TL Vanillepaste
- 150 g Schokotropfen oder Nüsse
Anleitungen
Vorbereitung
- Die Butter schmelzen.
Zubereitung
- Mehl, Natron, Speisestärke und Salz in einer großen Schüssel vermischen.
- Die geschmolzene Butter mit dem braunen und weißen Zucker schaumig rühren.
- Danach das Ei hinzufügen, im Anschluss das Eigelb und das Vanillearoma. Das Butter-Eigemisch zum Mehlgemisch hinzufügen und gut verrühren.
- Nun die Schokolade und eventuell zusätzliche Zutaten wie Nüsse hinzufügen und unterrühren.
- Den Teig nun abgedeckt in den Kühlschrank stellen. Mindestens 2 Stunden bis zu 2 Tage.
Backen
- Vor dem Backen den Teig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen und ca. 15 Minuten auf Zimmertemperatur erwärmen lassen.
- Den Ofen auf 160 °C Umluft vorheizen.
- Mit einem Eisportionierer den Teig in 12 gleich große Kugeln formen und auf das mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backblech legen. Jedoch immer nur 6 Stück auf einmal auf ein Blech legen, da die Cookies beim Backen verlaufen.
- Pro Blech die Cookies jeweils 10-12 Minuten backen. Am besten sind sie, wenn der Rand leicht braun ist.
- Nun die gebackenen Cookies ca. 5 -10 Minuten auf dem Backblech abkühlen lassen und sie danach auf einen Rost legen, damit sie komplett abkühlen können.
