Schokoladen Möhren Kuchen in Beetoptik
Rezept
Für einen Kastenkuchen
Teig
- 200ml Rapsöl
- 140g Zucker
- 1 TL Tonkabohnen Paste
- 4 Eier (Größe M)
- 200ml Milch
- 250g Mehl
- 1 Pck. Backpulver
- 50g Backkakao
- 100g weiße Schoko Chunks
- 300g Möhren
- 100g gehackte Mandeln
Topping
- 200ml Sahne
- 1/2 TL Sanapart
- 3 TL Kakao
- Deko nach Belieben (Schokoladen Möhrchen, Eier, Hasen usw.)
Zubereitung
Backofen auf 180 °C Umluft vorheizen.
Möhren schälen und grob raspeln.
Zucker, Eier und die Tonkabohnen Paste in eine Rührschüssel geben. Mit dem Mixer min. 5 Minuten schaumig rühren.
Weiterrühren auf niedriger Stufe und die Milch und das Öl während des Rührens langsam hineinlaufen lassen.
Das Mehl, Backpulver und Backkakao mischen und in die Rührschüssel geben.
Alles solange miteinander verrühren, bis ein homogener Teig entstanden ist.
Die Schoko Chunks, Mandeln und die Möhren unter den Teig heben.
Die Kastenform einfetten und ganz dünn mit Mehl ausklopfen, den Teig hineingeben und für ca. 40-50 Minuten backen.
Immer mal wieder mit der Stäbchenprobe schauen ob der Teig durch ist.
Nach dem Backen den Kuchen auskühlen lassen und stürzen.
Den Deckel vom Kuchen (alles was über der Form raus guckt), abschneiden und grob zerkrümmeln. Beiseite stellen.
Die Sahne mit dem Sanapart und Kakao aufschlagen.
Die Schokosahne grob auf den Kuchen verteilen, muss überhaupt nicht ordentlich sein.
Die Kuchenkrümmel auf der Schokosahne verteilen und nach Belieben noch süße Möhrchen oder Eier, Hasen, usw. verteilen.
