Kokos Madeleines zum Osterfest
Ein Rezept für zuaberhafte Kokos Madeleines mit einer Joghurtglasur und Osterdeko.
Rezept
Ergibt ungefähr 36 Madeleines
- 120g Mehl
- 120g Zucker
- 1 Päckchen Bourbon Vanillezucker
- 1 Prise Salz
- 3 Eier (Größe M)
- 120g flüssige Butter
- 60g Kokosflocken
- 150g Joghurt Glasur
Zubereitung
Mehl, Zucker, Vanillezucker und Salz mischen.
Eier hinzu fügen alles zu einer glatten Masse verrühren.
Die Butter unterrühren und zum Schluss die Kokosflocken unterheben.
Die Form dünn mit Butter oder Back-Trennspray fetten und jeweils anderthalb Teelöffel Teig in die Mulden geben.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen 180 °C Ober- und Unterhitze (Umluft 160 °C) ca. 12 Minuten backen.
Die Madeleines fünf Minuten in der Form abkühlen lassen. Wenn Sie noch warm sind kann man sie im Zucker wälzen.
Oder aus der Form nehmen und nochmals 10 Minuten abkühlen und dann mit Schokolade oder Cake Melts dekorieren.
Ich habe in diesem Fall Joghurt Glasur verwendet und mit Zucker Hasen Dekor und Streuseln verziert.
