Himbeer Ruby Blondies
Saftige Blondies mit Himbeeren und Ruby Drops.

Kochutensilien
- 1 Backform 20×24 cm
Zutaten
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g weiße Schokolade
- 200 g Zucker
- 3 Eier Größe M
- ½ TL Vanille
- 1 Prise Salz
- 260 g Mehl
- 30 g getrocknete Himbeeren
- 100 g Ruby Drops
Anleitungen
Vorbereitung
- Den Ofen auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen.
- Die Backform mit Backpapier auslegen.
Blondies zubereiten
- Die Butter zusammen mit der Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen. Zur Seite stellen und abkühlen lassen.
- Den Zucker zusammen mit den Eiern, dem Salz und der Vanille, schaumig aufschlagen.
- Die abgekühlte Buttermischung dazu gießen und gut verrühren.
- Das Mehl sieben und unterheben.
- Zum Schluss die Himbeeren und die Ruby Drops ebenfalls unterheben.
- Den Teig in die Form geben und für ca. 35 Minuten backen.
- Die Blondies abkühlen lassen und genießen.
