Rezept

für 6 Stück

Biskuitteig

  • 6 Eier
  • 6 EL Wasser
  • 300g Zucker
  • 150g Mehl
  • 30g Backkakao
  • 80g Speisestärke
  • 1 TL Backpulver

Puddingfüllung

  • 1 Beutel High Protein Schokoladenpudding (RUF)
  • 1 Beutel High Protein Vanillepudding (RUF)
  • 1 Beutel High Protein Karamellpudding (RUF)
  • 500ml Sahne
  • 1/2 Beutel Sofortgelantine

Zubereitung

Die drei Sorten Pudding mit heißem Wasser (je 150ml) anrühren und abkühlen lassen.

Backofen auf 160 °C Heißluft vorheizen. Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.

Eier mit Wasser 5 Minuten schaumig schlagen, dabei Zucker langsam einrieseln lassen.

Mehl mit Speisestärke und Backpulver mischen, in mehreren Portionen auf die Masse sieben und nur so lange unterrühren, bis gerade eben so ein Teig zusammenkommt. Auf das Backblech geben und im heißen Ofen ca. 15 Minuten backen.

In der Zwischenzeit die Sahne mit der Gelantine aufschlagen.
Jeweils 150g unter die Puddingsorten mischen.
Die restliche Sahne in einen Spritzbeutel füllen und zum dekorieren verwenden.

Den Biskuit abkühlen lassen und und in drei gleich große Bahnen schneiden (ca. 11x30cm).
Den Biskuit abwechselnd mit den Puddingsorten schichten. Ganz oben sollte eine Puddingmasse sein.

Das Ganze für zwei Stunden kaltstellen.
Nun kann man je nach Belieben 6 oder 8 Schnitten zurecht schneiden.
Ich habe das ganze mit der Rest Sahne, Kakaonibs und Schokoguss aus der Tube dekoriert.
