Diese süßen Hefeteig Blumen sind super fluffig und mit einem Blaubeerpudding gefüllt. Mit diesen Blumen holt man sich den Frühling direkt auf den Teller.
Diese Hefeteig Blumen sind super einfach zu machen und sind so super hübsch. Damit zaubert ihr jedem ein Lächeln ins Gesicht.

- 1 kleinen Topf
Zutaten
Pudding
- 500 ml Milch
- 1 Tüte Puddingpulver mit Heidelbeergeschmack
- 40 g Zucker
Hefeteig
- 200 ml Milch
- 50 g Butter
- 500 g Mehl
- ½ TL Salz
- 70 g Zucker
- 1 Ei Größe M
- 1 Würfel frische Hefe alternativ 2 Pck. trocken Hefe
- 1 Eigelb + 2 EL Milch
Deko
- Puderzucker
- einige Blaubeeren
Anleitungen
Pudding zubereiten
- Den Pudding nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten.Den fertigen Pudding in eine Schüssel füllen und mit Frischhaltefolie bedecken. So bildet sich keine Haut auf dem Pudding. Den Pudding komplett abkühlen lassen.
Hefeteig zubereiten
- Milch und Butter kurz erwärmen, bis die Butter geschmolzen ist.
- Zunächst 450 g Mehl, Salz, Zucker und Ei in eine Schüssel geben.
- Eine Mulde in das Mehl drücken und die Hefe hineinbröseln. Die Mich hineingießen und alles von der Mulde aus nach außen zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Wenn der Teig noch zu klebrig ist, nach und nach nur so viel Mehl hinzugeben, bis er sich gut verarbeiten lässt.
- Zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort 1 Stunde gehen lassen.
Hefeteig Blumen formen und füllen
- Den Ofen auf 180°C vorheizen.
- Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Fläche durchkneten und in 45 Stücke abteilen.
- Jedes Stück glatt drücken und einem Teelöffel Pudding in die Mitte geben und zu einer Kugel formen.
- Für eine Blume benötigen wir 5 kleine Kugeln. Die 5 Kugeln kreisförmig anordnen, sodass sie aussehen wie eine Blume.Die Blumen abgedeckt für 15 Minuten gehen lassen.
- Das Eigelb mit der Milch mischen und auf den Hefeteig pinseln.
Backen
- Die Hefeteig Blumen für ca. 15 Minuten backen.
Dekorieren
- Solange die Blumen noch warm sind mit Puderzucker bestreuen und komplett abkühlen lassen.
- Zum servieren den restlichen Pudding jeweils in der Mitte verteilen und mit frischen Blaubeeren dekorieren.
