Die perfekte Beilage für den nächsten Grillabend. Ein Bärlauch Zupfbrot oder auch Fächerbrot genannt. Durch diese Fächern ist es perfekt zum Teilen, du kannst dir dein Stück einfach abzupfen.

Portionen 1 Brot

Kochutensilien

Zutaten
  

Brotteig

  • 450 g Mehl
  • 1 TL Zucker
  • 1 TL Salz
  • 1 Pck. Trockenhefe
  • 200 ml lauwarmes Wasser
  • 2 EL Olivenöl

Bärlauch Butter

  • 100 g Bärlauch
  • 100 g Butter
  • etwas Salz & Pfeffer
  • etwas geriebener Käse

Anleitungen
 

Vorbereitung

  • Den Bärlauch waschen, trocken tupfen. 
    Backofen auf 180 Grad Ober-Unterhitze (Umluft: 160 Grad) vorheizen.

Teig zubereiten

  • Mehl mit Zucker, Salz und Trockenhefe in einer Schüssel vermischen.
  • Lauwarmes Wasser und Öl zugeben und fünf Minuten mit den Knethaken zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Den Teig für eine Stunde zugedeckt ruhen lassen.

Bärlauchbutter zubereiten

  • Den Bärlauch nun zusammen mit der Butter, Salz und Pfeffer in einen Zerkleinerer geben und solang mixen bis eine homogene Masse entsteht. 

Brot zubereiten

  • Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche zu einem Rechteck ausrollen. Die Bärlauchbutter dünn darauf verstreichen.
  • Den Teig in Rechtecken zu je 6 x 4cm schneiden. Die Rechtecke aufeinander legen und in die Kastenform geben.
  • Das ganze nochmal zugedeckt 15 Minuten ruhen lassen.
  • Nach der Ruhezeit das Brot mit etwas Käse bestreuen und für ca. 40 Minuten backen.
